It’s where the sun shines tirelessly over lemon groves and the scent of fresh herbs fills the air. There, I embraced my passion for good food and warm hospitality. I have brought this love for the Sicilian way of life with me to Forchheim, to share it with you here.
Forchheim, with its rich tradition and charming flair, captivated me from the very beginning. The region, nestled between the forests and vineyards of Upper Franconia, radiates a special warmth—not unlike that of Sicily. It’s a place steeped in history, yet open to new culinary experiences. I feel at home here, and it is an honor for me to bring a piece of Sicily to this wonderful city through Gutlands.

The dough rests for a full 48 hours to develop its full flavor before being baked in our custom-made pizza oven from Italy. This oven ensures that every pizza achieves the perfect balance of a crispy crust and juicy toppings.
